A BlinkEdge Technologies LLC service

Terms of Service

Last updated: Nov 24, 2025

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the 971.tax services. By requesting, purchasing, or using any 971.tax service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, your organization.

1. Who We Are

971.tax is operated by BlinkEdge Technologies LLC (“BlinkEdge”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company established in Sharjah Media City (SHAMS), United Arab Emirates. We provide simple online tools, including professional email addresses under the 971.tax domain and basic one-page websites.

2. Services We Provide

We currently offer two primary services:

2.1 Professional Email Service

The professional email service gives you access to a mailbox with an address in the format yourname@971.tax (or a similar address agreed with you). We configure this mailbox on top of reputable third-party email infrastructure providers.

This service is subscription-based and billed monthly per mailbox.

2.2 One-Page Website Service

The one-page website service provides a simple, single-page website showcasing your professional services and contact information. The page may be hosted under:

This is typically a one-time project billed as a one-time fee, unless we explicitly agree on ongoing changes or maintenance with you.

3. No Guarantee of Delivery, Uptime, or Data Preservation

While we use reputable third-party providers for email and hosting, the nature of the internet and email means that we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect delivery, or permanent data storage.

Without limiting the generality of the Limitation of Liability section, you expressly acknowledge and agree that we cannot and do not guarantee:

You are responsible for backing up any important information or content stored or transmitted using our services.

4. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms.

You are responsible for:

5. Ordering, Setup, and Changes

5.1 Email Service

When you request a 971.tax email, we will confirm the desired address, subscription price, and any setup support. After payment or explicit agreement to proceed, we will create the mailbox and share initial credentials and/or connection instructions with you.

You are responsible for configuring your own devices, apps, or inbox (for example, Gmail) to send and receive email using the 971.tax address, although we may provide guidance as a courtesy.

5.2 Website Service

For one-page websites, we will agree with you on the key content areas (e.g. services, about, WhatsApp link, contact form) and domain or subdomain to use. Once you approve the initial structure and provide your content, we will build and publish the page.

Minor text changes after launch may be done as a courtesy, but larger redesigns or additional sections may require a separate fee.

6. Fees, Billing, and Cancellation

6.1 Email Subscription Fees

Email services are billed on a recurring basis (e.g. monthly) per mailbox, at the rate agreed between you and us (for example, AED 40/month per mailbox, unless otherwise specified).

We may increase prices in the future. If we do, we will notify you in advance and you may choose to cancel before the new price takes effect.

6.2 Website Fees

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, website projects are billed as a one-time fee. Additional revisions, maintenance, or redesign may be billed separately.

6.3 Non-Payment and Suspension

If payment for a subscription becomes overdue, we may suspend or terminate your email service and/or remove your website after reasonable notice. We are not responsible for any loss, business impact, or data loss resulting from such suspension or termination.

6.4 Refunds

Email subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started. Website project fees are non-refundable once work has begun, except where we are required to provide a refund under applicable law.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any of the following:

We may suspend or terminate your service, without refund, if we reasonably believe you are violating this acceptable use section.

8. Domains and Ownership

8.1 971.tax Domain

The 971.tax domain and all related subdomains are owned and controlled by BlinkEdge. An email address or subdomain allocated to you does not give you ownership rights in the 971.tax domain.

8.2 Your Own Domains

If we help you configure a website or email on a domain that you own, you remain responsible for that domain (including renewals and DNS). We are not responsible for domains expiring or misconfiguration on your side.

9. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in any designs, layouts, templates, and materials we create, unless we explicitly assign rights to you in writing. You receive a license to use the website and email setup for as long as you remain a paying customer and comply with these Terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that any text, images, logos, or other content you provide to us for your website or email does not infringe any third-party rights.

10. Third-Party Services and Providers

Our services rely on third-party providers for infrastructure (for example, email hosting, web hosting, and payment processing). Your use of our services may therefore be subject to additional terms and policies of those providers. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlinkEdge, 971.tax, and their directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

In particular, and without limitation, we are not liable for any damages arising from:

To the extent we are found liable despite the above, our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to your use of the services will be limited to the amount you paid to us for the service in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BlinkEdge, 971.tax, and their directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

13. Changes to Services or Terms

We may modify or discontinue parts of the service from time to time (for example, by changing providers, adjusting features, or updating pricing). We may also update these Terms. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.

If you continue using the service after changes take effect, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Emirate of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
